This is meant for the issues and experience which I face while configuring kayako ticketing system.There may be enhancements which have done later may not be updated frequently.This is my experience with kayako.It may not be having any relation with kayako software support. I am trying to configure and work with kayako software and this is a simple update regarding my experience and the huddles ,advantages which i found while configuring it
I don't have any intention to demotivate or advertise the product.And I am happy to update/edit if you find any of my posts are wrong or not true.
